Matthew Jackson
Matthew is the founder and managing director of Jackson Family Funeral Directors.
Since Jonathan has joined the company as general manager it has allowed Matthew to return to working directly with families as a funeral director.
Laura Jackson
Laura supported Matthew in founding the company whilst maintaining a full time career for a national, non-funeral related, industry.
In 2019 Laura moved to a role in the company to help with the day to day challenges of business ownership.
Her focus on standards and community engagement, Laura has helped make the business what it is today.
Jonathan Branchett
Jon recently joined the company as our general manager after a long career in the debt recovery industry. He helps Matt and Laura with the day to day business challenges as well as looking forward at the changes we need to make.
Mark Campion
Mark is a well known funeral director in the area having been a co-owned of Campion and New in Evesham and also a funeral director for Presland's in Upton. Mark is now the funeral director for both Upton and Pershore.
Tracey Meakin
Tracey joined our company during the acquision of Phillips Funeral Services. She is the funeral director for our Malvern funeral home and, post lockdown, will be helping us with community outreach.
Taff Wiltshire
Taff was Jackson Family Funeral Directors first employee when he accepted a casual pall bearer position. As a military veteran his logistical abilities were recognised and appreciated within the company and he is now our funeral operations manager.
Tim Hodges
Tim joined the company in 2018 as a casual pall bearer and now works full time as our well-being and welfare manager. He has recently completed the Mental Health First Aider course and consistently finding connections locally and nationally to help support the families we care for.
Christina Darling
Christina is our marketing manager and works with Matt, Laura and Jon to breakdown the stigma of discussing funerals, raising awareness of the funeral profession and helps with all of our community work.
Stephanie Dean
Steph is our social media manager and helps keep everyone up to date with our news across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Steph also helps our team promote awareness of a variety of charities, and support groups. It is through social media we can show the public we are still just normal people.
Sarah Hewlett
Sarah is our direct cremation manager and is a funeral director at Worcester with Matthew.
Dayle Young
Dayle has recently joined our team as a funeral director in our Malvern funeral home.
Dayle gained experience within the profession having previously worked for a national funeral company. He has fitted in really well and without the restraints of a large company he will quickly become a valuable member of our team.
Gareth Ferbrache
Gareth has joined Jackson Family after a career in the insurance industry. He is currently completing our training programme to be a funeral support operative working with Taff in the operations side of our team.

We offer simple to understand packaged and bespoke funeral services in Worcestershire, from our funeral directors premises in Pershore, Upton-upon-Severn, Worcester and Malvern.
We are one of few qualified, independent funeral directors to offer a national, no-fuss, direct cremation service, this service is a cheaper alternative to a traditional funeral but it is important to us to maintain our highest standards of care and support to a family’s loved one.
